Modelos & Miniatures

Much of my 2004 Fine Art degree show at the University of Brighton consisted of videos depicting simple model interiors that were designed to appear to be full scale loactions. This proved to be excellent experience for the continued work that I have undertaken utilsing models and miniatures. Attention to detail and knowledge of materials have been important to constructing miniatures that are convincing on-screen and can integrate effectively with full scale elements.
The examples in this section include a large scale fantasy miniature created for a motion control shoot and a retro-tinged spaceship for the NFTS fiction short film 'Field of Vision' directed by Siri Rhodes.
